Straight Talk – Being forthright and considerate in our conversations and professional engagements. We say what we mean and mean what we say; we just aren’t mean in the way we say it.

Being for Each Other  – The basis of teamwork.  We support our team effort in order to achieve success, not reinforce error. We view ‘the whole is better than the sum’.  We are also there when our community needs our help.
